Zimbabwean women giving birth every day in Joburg hospitals while South African women are struggling to get beds

What did we do to deserve this

Is it only Zimbabweans whats about other illegal immigrants. 

I think its time we start prioritizing our own people. 

The Healthcare system is now in shambles because of this 

This is a tricky conversation when taking human rights into consideration 

How are South Africans not being given priority. I don't understand 

There should be a hospital just for foreigners 

SANs forget that we were also once their place of refuge

This is true , I was there and they were the most in the que.
