Zimbabwean women giving birth every day in Joburg hospitals while South African women are struggling to get beds

I wonder if we could give birth in Zimbabwe for free?

What is worse is that they are undocumented so its difficult to track everything 

No wonder the services provided are so terrible 😫 

I think these women should pay back servicing our communities for example cleaning in the hospitals.

I wish immigration would do a better job at managing illegal immigrants. 

My experience giving birth in a public hospital was horrible but I understand they are under pressure 

Are they even made to pay especially since they are also responsible for so many crimes committed. 

What happened to putting SANs first?

I bet we  can't do the same in Zimbabwe
